Lawyers change lives every day in Cleveland. Through the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association, you can serve those in need, mentor future leaders, and inspire change across our community.
Each year, more than 1,000 lawyers and legal professionals volunteer in CMBA programs. Wherever your passion lies, there’s a place for you to make an impact.
Put your legal skills to work where they matter most — expanding access to justice and serving Clevelanders in need.

When lawyers give back, Cleveland moves forward. Your time and talent expand access to justice, open doors for students, and strengthen the organizations that serve our neighborhoods.
By volunteering with the CMBA, you will:
Serve Clevelanders who need legal help but cannot afford it.
Mentor the next generation of legal and civic leaders.
Inspire a stronger, more just community for all.
Every program provides training, materials, and support — so you can focus on making a difference.
