Off the Record : Women’s Stories. Shared Experience. Real Connection.
Join the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association on Thursday, March 5th at The W Sports Bar, Cleveland’s first and only women-founded women’s sports bar, for a meaningful International Women’s Day gathering designed to elevate women’s voices across the legal profession. This is not a traditional program or panel.
OFF THE RECORD is an intimate storytelling event built around the idea that some of the most impactful lessons in leadership and professional growth come from lived experience, not lectures.
Using a PechaKucha-style format, women from across the legal community will share personal stories about moments that shaped how they lead, navigate challenges, and define success in the profession.
Each presenter has 6 minutes and 40 seconds
Stories are visual, candid, and fast-paced
Expect TED-style energy without the formality
Attendance is limited to preserve the intimacy of the experience and encourage authentic connection.
A social reception will follow the program, offering time to connect, reflect, and continue the conversation in celebration of International Women’s Day.
