Nicholas A. DiCello

Nicholas DiCello, Partner at Spangenberg Shibley & Liber, has dedicated his career to seeking justice for people who have been injured or harmed by another’s careless or reckless conduct. He relishes standing up for regular people against large corporations, insurance companies, and governmental agencies. A well-rounded and accomplished trial lawyer, Nick has specialized expertise in representing victims of medical malpractice and law enforcement misconduct. In addition to serving on the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Board of Directors, he is a member of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Judge John M. Manos American Inn of Court. On the statewide level, Nick is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice and the Northern Ohio Italian American Foundation. At the international and national levels, Nick is a is a member of the American Association for Justice and has been invited into the International Society of Barristers and the American College of Trial Lawyers.  Nick lives in Geauga County with his wife Shannon and their two children, Nicky and Gianna.
